Descended, unfathomable
And forever one is changed
The living cannot say
What awaits outside the cage.
Not that one is trapped, though,
Strictly limited is human movement
Heaven & Hell as ideas
Staged in our physically embodied union.
Mind & Matter
Some believe whereas I do not
That a human could know fate
And still be living within limited thought.
