Slaughter

So I say;
What you don't see
In the muscle, tissue and fat..
What you don't see
Is sensory.
The vibrations; at that.
The mentality.
An understanding.
The electric shot of anxiety.
What you suppress is the seething
Of an animal that fights in
A cramped delusion of society.
What is the sanity of our peace?
It keeps perspective
And maintains order.
It keeps us at bay
From becoming the prey
Of any massive slaughter.
If we do it to them
It rounds back around
And by the fear shall we be crazy.
Not geniuses, no,
Something much more profound.
Served up with a thin splash of gravy.
So I say;
If you eat the meat of fear
Very soon, you shall become it.
That is the work of a violent dream
And what can be created from it.
