Chakra Power in February

This month I have dedicated to a thoroughly detailed and impact driven analysis of Chakra meditations. My own personal trials of enlightenment as well as expanding room for spiritual growth are ideas of purpose that I will allow into my deep meditation periods. My only hope for these peaceful moments are to become more connected and enabled within my totality of energy.

Feburary 7th, 2014

I did my first chakra meditation while listening to sound bowls. Each chakra session lasted roughly six to seven minutes long. I went through each chakra individually.

I am going to share a description of what I came to visualize, feel, do, hear, and understand naturally while in meditation.

Root Chakra:

Viewed the color red, viewed the top half of an apple first red then turning green. Full green, rapidly carried through all colors in order, able to change the color viewed with eyes closed and focus on it.

Sacral Chakra:

Tuned into the noise immediately. Circular noise. Followed the noise in circles and felt my hands held a large circular energy between them. I threw my negative energy into the energy ball. The feeling became heavier on my hands. I threw the ball out of my hands away from my body. Felt intense goosebumps. Release feeling.

Solar Plex Chakra:

Viewed the color yellow, viewed a lion head coming from the left side of brain. The color red in two different shades solid dark red background a light red flowered design with each part of the flower in individual light areas that don’t touch. Heart felt heavy, energy was moved to there.

Heart Chakra:

Viewed a red wolf from left side of brain. Sound shaped like an oval, long in width. Yellow color, goosebumps and release as arms reached upward directly above head. Movement of arms from above head and below head no goosebumps. At the end of session after last release feeling of energy I felt the need to weigh energy in right hand above my head.

Throat Chakra:

Viewed carrots. Long, growing carrots, sound seemed to be the movement of harvesting these carrots. Seven carrots. Green tops. Feeling comfort in the highest note of sound. Desire to dwell in the soul sound of the highest note. Breathing flowed with sound naturally. Felt throat contracting and relaxing on its own with the sound almost as if singing.

Third Eye Chakra:

Viewed pyramid over body holding body within it. Then pyramid on left side of brain, small light and dark ball on right side of brain that started higher than pyramid and then floated to middle- parallel to pyramid. Realization and understanding agree though are the yin and yang of one another. Felt energy in lower back part of brain. 

Crown Chakra:

Viewed the sun. Yellow to orange to red. Throat movement with sound. Felt sound in front forehead part of brain.
